The last time I wondered something like that, it came true. Was not very nice. So from then on, I've been as scientifically superstitious as one can possibly get about saying/wishing such things :p
Sorry, didn't mean to randomly add shock-value. Amused is good, and was the expected reaction. The lecture, as always, was more wrong-side-of-bed than anything else. The right-side-of-bed says "Of course you should live through everything!", and we settle for something in between :)

And of course thought about the happy songs one wouldn't mind living, and that life, of course is not ensuring anything whatoseoever, etc. etc. ......
But your experience is a bit scary, too, and your lecture much appreciated.
