Well, I lost hearing in my left ear today. Ear plugs should be like seat belts. You should get a fine if you don't wear them. I had to go to the ER for it. I was lucky they say. I should have my hearing back in about a week. I just can't play until then, otherwise I can lose it forever. It was really an eye opener of an experience.
