I know, I know! I've been gone a long long time! My apologies everybody, there shall be a bumper update sometime soon it's been rather busy what with Bean sprouting and starting to talk back, work getting busier and life in general being rather jam packed!!!! The man who introduced me to the awesome music that is Alice Cooper just died last night. I've known him my whole life, he was my dad's best man, he was one of the greatest men my family has ever known it's just not sinking in that he's gone now. -

So the training is coming along in fits and starts. Was brought to a screeching halt by the bank holidays so close to each other and my inability to get to the gym so I just declared that week a skip week which has the hapy coincidence of bringing me to the same place my running partner is at in the our training programme...although she seems to be ( Read more... ) -

I joined the gym :D It's amazing and I love and I went swimming this morning before work and now I'm so energised and feeling awesome and like I can do ANYTHING!!!!!! BOO YAH! -

So thus ends my second week back at work and I'm once more back to working late on thursday and friday helping Col teach the Tai Chi classes. It's not too bad but it's a bit manic leading up to those classes as I have to come home pick up Bean, give her a bath, feed her, get her ready for bed and then head back into town in time for the classes.
