Found out today I won't be continuing my job at Dara.
Not unexpected, but sad none-the-less.

Talia's laptop has died.  Something inside has started overheating within seconds of being turned on, sometimes.
So about 1 in 5 it will work fine, but the other 4 it will fade to white as the screen dies.

Anyone got any old dead laptop I could scavenge for parts (or just use).

I have a desire to try making some ferro-magnetic liquid, which means I need some old tapes.
Video or audio, age doesn't matter.
The more I get the more ferro-magnetic liquid I can make.
