The cvs test is what told us that it was a girl. It is very similar to an amnio except that is done much earlier and it takes a sample of the placenta and not the amniotic fluid. Because of my miscarriage last year and the crazily high hormone levels I had my doctor felt that at my age is was pretty necessary and we agreed. As I just told Karla...my dr was pretty positive that there was more than one and she still thinks that my pregnancy probably started out with more than one baby and it just didn't make it.

I did by mistake slip up when I was talking to you guys...lol!

mwah to you too! I have been so on edge every since the doctor was so worried about my hormone levels. She was POSITIVE that it was more than one baby because of that and when she kept not finding another one she started to get very worried. So, she thinks that there was another one and it just didn't make it. I think we should warn all the kiddies right now...hide your cookies!...my girl is hungry!...she even ate her twin!...lol!
