Good things:  I spent the evening hanging out with Aynsley and talking about all sorts of stuff--both letting out bad emotions and laughing, at different points--which felt very good.  It was actually really nice to just hang out in Shelley's and my room for once; I like the bigger space and the warm and the lots of cushy things all over.  Huh ( Read more... )

Yuki Matsuri went awesome.  I died on cue, Shaina's shirt accidentally came off (it's okay, she was wearing a tank top under it!), I bruised my thumb, Aynsley looked great in cosplay, Alexis and Shelley sounded great with Taiko, Jen looked great for fashion show, Samurai Act got tons of applause even at the very end of the night...it was awesome ( Read more... )

Classes this semester: ITAS 203 (oh god expensive books), JPN 232 (NO new books, yay!), ASTR 100 (book but I can get it cheap), and CS 110 (borrowing book from Aynsley).  So....textbooks are...$80+$25+$50+$50=about $200ish.  Not great...but it could be worse.  I should remark that most of that is Italian.  Sad face on that class.  (Stupid 80 dollar ( Read more... )
