New soundtrack is here----[ happy. ]
Studying has been intense lately;
One midterm down, two(three?) to go.

Right now I'm sitting in the shop waiting to sign up to use a laser-cutter on Monday to cut cast acrylic for my final model, which will hopefully be bad ass.
Concert tonight with Jess.

they are filled with grease. it's almost my nap time. you have access to a laser cutter, i need some stencils cut. some of my peoples would be willing to pay some token amount. plus if i was there you'd get to talk to me in person and get that book you wanted... the ltu one whatever it's called.

holla at a playah.

Let's assess the situation here... riseandagain October 25 2005, 12:37:05 UTC
How big/numerous are the stencils in question? There would only be so much time I could use on it before people started asking difficult questions.... You know LTU has one of those, right? If you still know any arch students they could probably help out with that too...
While I've got your attention, let me ask you a hypothetical question. Let's say some guy (we can call him Rono) tried to clean his laptop screen using rubbing alcohol but accidentally used a lotion-infused-kleenex. Let's say that, hypothetically speaking, of course, there are now greasy streaks all over Rono's screen.... What would you suggest Rono do to get rid of that nasty shite?

"with great power comes great responsibility."
well, maybe 'resources' would be a better word than 'power'. regardless, I'm thinking many people will go through their lives without realizing how that applies to them. and then there's those who just aren't interested in that sort of responsibility.
being that we only get one life here and there's no promises about what the afterlife entails (if there truly is one), I'm thinking that the most important thing is living one's life to the fullest, however someone defines that for themself. So the real crime here would be the people who have the resources to potentially make that happen eschewing that life for an easier path or what someone else told them was the "right" way to live.
That's just my personal view though.

The people who would best use resources are often the people that don’t have them.
