No school today! Hooray for three-day weekends made possible by faculty work days! I had every intention of sleeping in, but I still ended up waking at 6:30am. Today someone in class called out, "Chef!" to get Chef Tim's attention, to which he replied, "Who dat?"

I love this man so freaking much.

I can't believe this is the last week of Intro to Pâtisserie and Baking and that I won't have him as an instructor again for another six months. I'm going to miss hearing Chef Tim-isms on a daily basis.

I'm making a food-themed music mix for my class tomorrow. Any suggestions as to what I should put on it?
