i hear you, josh. i feel the same way. i feel like i'm expected to respect ideas and opinions other than the ones i hold, yet shouldn't expect to receive the same degree of respect in return.

Exactly! I'm not asking anyone to agree with me, I'm not telling anyone they're wrong or stupid for believing what they want, and I even started off that deleted entry saying that I think it's great how passionate everyone is about it, even if I don't share the same belief, and even if I am sick of it.
