I saw Megamind yesterday.

Wow.

It was better than I expected. We all know that DreamWorks has a history of hit-and-miss when it comes to their animated films.
Some films are good:

Shrek
The Prince of Egypt
Kung Fu Panda*

And some horrible ones:

Bee Movie
Madagascar
Sinbad: Legend of the Seven Seas*

Guess what my favorite Disney movie is.

So, I went to the midnight launch party last night. Naturally, before leaving, I watched the Red vs. Blue season finale to Revelation (it was GREAT). Spanky and I went at around nine o' clock, thinking that there was a possibility that we were just going to be standing around for a few hours.

Thank God that wasn't the case.

I wanna be Master Chief for Halo-ween this year. Geddit? Halo-ween? Eh? Eh? .......never mind.

So, yesterday, Spanky and I went to the local art fair.... and everyone was too damn good.

I told my love that I wanted to give up art. My babies were unworthy of viewing, and I wanted to apologize to the world for having to look at it.

But then, to cheer me up, Spanky made me chocolate milk.

All better!

Yes, yes, I know, "Ewwww." Or possibly, "Awwww."

But I love those mornings I come home from work, find my beloved asleep and content. Sometimes when I'm not tired, I'll just crawl into the bed and just hold him for a while, thinking about how lucky I am to have him with me.
