Move In Date & Time

Just got an e-mail from Miss PVRA Secretary herself, Alison Leong to say when I get to move in and yadda, yadda, yadda. So, I get to move in on August 30th, but it has to be after 5 PM, which I thought really strange. Needless to say, because I'm only an hour away and am jumping at the bit to get out of here, I was hoping I could move in mid-
