I know I'm married to a meek, mild, obedient li'l gal. So I let her have her way a lot just to bring her out of her shell a bit. (Um, you guys know Dulci, right?)

But sometimes I have to put my foot down. THERE WILL BE NO BOKCHOY ON MY PIZZA, WOMAN!!!

It's important to choose your battles and save your anger for critical issues like this.

i coughed when i read the "meek, mild etc..."

i also had to look up Bok Choy, i had no idea what it was. but greens on pizza is odd. unless it's a veggie pizza

Good lord do I have to teach her about cooking? She's my Grand Laurel for pity's sake! Everyone knows you pickle or ferment bok choy (or stir fry if you run out of time). Lordie.

Urgh. Totally wrong texture (flabby, watery) and taste (that little bit o' bitter).

Now water chestnuts are great on pizza...
