Today I hung our Moravian star, a task that had me using a stepladder and screwdriver and doing minor electrical work (read: taking out a light bulb and screwing in an adapter). Yay for putting up the star, boo for having to bleed in the process. But, again, you got it up there so congrats on that!

PS-Our star is in our vestibule and sometimes when I walk under it I get paranoid and think 'please don't fall on me'

That's a legitimate concern. I imagine it would be quite painful. We hang ours outside where no one can walk under it, unless they're jumping off the side of the porch steps.
