You may have to tweak some settings on the XBOX site, but it works for my tag (tarzxf99). I think it takes a few hours or days to populate all the data.
Interesting, but doesn't have enough information. It only displays the chronological order of the last time games were played. Not a running list of all playtimes like I would want.
