Hey dude... congrats on the house. Sorry its so bitter-sweet for you man. Anyone who I know thats bought one has gone through complete hell, so I don't think its just you dude. Not that that is any consolation, but at least you know you're not the only one going through it.

You won't be in a bad mood 5 to 10 years from now when you have a house that is valued double what you paid for it. The market is low right now. I would do anything possible to buy a house right now if I didn't own one.
