I am down 1 pound, I hover around 140-142 on the scale.
when I'm not on a water fast, i'm in an intermittent fast
when i'm not on a water fast, I make sure I do an hour of cardio
it's all good
hope you guys are doing well.

Brekfast 10.00 2 rise-cakes (60 kcal) if you know what that is :P hehe im from sweden you know :P So im sorry for my english spelling im suck hahah i talk better than i spell. 3 houers later 13.00 i eat 1 energy bar (88 kcal) 3 houers after that 16.00 a fruit and 19.00 some veggi. i onley eat 300 - 400 kcal a day, and work out. Because if you eat every 3 houer your bodey knows that and it burns more fat. It's realy works. Trust me.
