Well, I was pretty good yesterday. I left work early and went to the gym. I had a salad and veggie corndogs for dinner, and not a whole lot more caffiene. I took a shower before bed. On the negative side, I didn't go to bed until 12:30, an hour later than I wanted to, but I did get up at 7:45, ate an egg, went for a quick walk around the block. I
