I never knew this, but I've just been informed that there's a festival in Dordrecht once every two years where everything is about steam. Boats, trains, machines, caroussels, it's all there. Plus a lot of people will dress up in late 19th century clothing.

And when does this happen? This weekend.... I can't make it, but if you do, TAKE PICTURES!

Hey all,

my good friend thaily is currently working on a batch of new icons for me. Basically, she wants a picture of your face, a list of the moods you want to see, and then she goes to work toonifying your mugshot. I've seen a few she's made for me already, and they're AWESOME! Physical therapy lady told me good things and bad things. Leg looks good, she gave my hamstring a very good stretch today (*owowowow*), then told me that insurance-wise I'm not allowed to drive a car while I still need crutches to walk. Since the estimate for walking without crutches is four to six weeks, I won't be leaving Eindhoven anytime soon. ( Read more... )
