OH GODS. You do not know how much I sympathise with you. I love winter because you can curl up in bed or on the sofa in front of the fire and it's lovelylovelylovely but then you go shopping at the end of winter and realise you've upped a dress size.
*cries*.
Don't worry about starting your weight loss all over again because you're sooOOoo not alone. The worst thing is, I've gotten so used to eating junk food that I do it without even realising I'm eating junk food!!
If you can do this, so can I!! YAAAAAYY!! (although, I ate too much for lunch and currently, I can't move. HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN?!)
"I ate too much for lunch and currently, I can't move". Sounds so much like me. I overeat way to often and then feel like shit for the rest of the day, so why do I keep doing it?
Because good food releases endorphines that make you happy and destress/comfort a person?
Damn endorphines.
AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHA
Seriously though, you do so much exercise to compensate for the times you do binge that even though psychologically you feel really poor, physically, you're fit as a fiddle! I suppose weight is one thing, but being fit is a whole entire and different matter. Skinny but hopelessly unfit people don't recover from illness as fast or as well as someone who might be heavier but so much fitter.
Hi! I have been poking around in your health journal for a few minutes. Hope you don't mind the add. I just started my journal and it'd be nice to have some like-minded friends.

I went jogging/walking yesterday afternoon and will try and keep doing that twice a week. It's staying motivated and on track which is the hard thing.
