I'm not doing so well here. I over indulged all week and now back up to 53.3kg on the scale. It's back on to the elliptical for me this week. I only have 4 kilos to lose to goal.
Monday - pilates/ballet DVD at home Tuesday - Funk/Hip Hop class Wednesday - pilates & ballet Thursday - netball (2 more weeks only), netball replaced with walking Friday - walk 4km to work, 4km home
This schedule is likely to change again very soon.
We were going to go looking for a good exercise bike this weekend, but my boyfriend woke up at 4.30am with gastro :( He's starting to feel a little better now.
