man alive, you must be going really fast on that elliptical! I'm scared of the damn thing and always end up giving up after 5 minutes. I think it's because the ones at my gym are built with a taller person in mind so when I go on it I feel like I'm doing the splits with every step I take!
Do you count the hour swimming as part of your exercise or part of your cool-down?

I'm a shorty as well, but don't have much of a problem with this elliptical.
I didn't end up going for a swim - d'oh!
