I have been in all our local big stores, including Barnes and noble, (which usually mades a big thing out of your releases) and no sign of Reavers yet...... I will buy after 3/1, and be telling all of my friends.

I've never really been all that great at giving words of comfort and/or encouragement, it's just not my strong suit, having said that, your Cal books seem to be the most popular and well-known series of books you've written, so even if they were to hit the bookstores early I still think Blackout might Underdog it this year and pull in a win for you.

Roadkill did fairly well last year didn't it?

Good things are worth waiting for, so Lord willing, my fellow Reavers and I will be able to tip the odds in your favor by being patient bloodthirsty zealots and buying stacks and stacks of Blackout between March 1-7. (Come on tax return money, Mama needs to keep her favorite writer in business!)

Optimism, it's hard to keep, and even harder to find in desperate times, but by God, I WILL NOT LET YOU OR CALIBAN DOWN!

Keeping the faith, your fan,

Veronica.

It'll be easy for me to keep the promise not to buy early: other than the book kiosk at the airport on Friday, I'm not going to be anywhere *near a bookstore before the release date. =)

I know it's useless to tell you not to fret about it, but at least know that your Reavers have your back. 3/1 is circled on my calendar and I will not go near a copy of Blackout until that day comes.

*mutters* Stupid bookstores.

I would never help Cal die, that would be the worst thing ever.
