horrible website, a billion errors and always broken
impossible to get help

My wife hated them and she didn't even get a dress there. She thought it was a pain just to go look at dresses there compared to everywhere else.

i ordered 3 dresses from their website. 2 summery wedding type dresses for me to choose from and a dress for my sister. i want to send back all three - one to return, two to exchange for smaller sizes ( ... )

I would agree. I have never heard anything good about that place, and every time I go in there, there are the same bitchy people with the same crappy attitude. It does surprise me that they are still in business. And I had another friend order our bridesmaid dresses from there and I just about killer her. They were so rude when I was trying on a couple of dresses and getting fitted, it took everything in me to say screw off and go find a job you like.
