dear livejournal,
i miss you. life was so easy (and it felt so hard) back in the day. i get a little misty eyed just thinking about it. But what makes me super happy is how many of my friends are still with me. Relationships have definitely gotten stronger and it proves life is good. I wouldn't trade it for anything.

Lisa had a baby girl!!!!! i'm so excited for her!

it kills me how much helmut loves the treadmill! i finally got some video, i just hope i can figure out how to use the format.

i'm thinking about getting some more education and i'm testing the waters on a graduate certificate in technical writing. the problem is i lack the creativity to come up with subjects to write about. so help me folks. give me suggestions. i swear to god, i've never seen a cat gnaw on his claws like helmut does. it's so freaking loud! he puts half is back foot in his mouth and chews SO LOUD. something is seriously wrong with this kid.

i watched a little bit of that show Cougar Town...wtf is up with courtney cox? her face is getting that gross plastic surgery look to it. fat and frozen.

has anyone ever eaten a real truffle? the fungus, not the candy.
