My eyes are dim, I cannot see, I have not brought my specs with me

I finally got my eyes checked last week after several months of increasingly blurry distance vision and now have a nifty new pair of glasses. My issue is, I have the same old worn-out eyes to go with them. I'm definitely appreciating being able to see things better far away but my close-up vision suffers for it, and the only cure is... wait for it

When the time comes, I say go for trifocals. :)
