Okay, question! Do I just save the html from the preview page by using "save page" in Firefox?
Also, if I simply save it like that, won't that mean that the images will be missing from the live preview?

Yeah, just saving it works fine - the images will still come up unless viewed offline.

They're wonderful - although there's no need to include a copy of the image if it's used in two places. For instance, the blockquote and textarea backgrounds are most of the time the same image, so it'll be easier to name the image 'blockquote and textarea'.
