ampers and beer
I turned 21 on April 26th, 2010... I guess we all have to grow old sometime.
I spent the day at the Natural History Museum looking at dinosaurs, tigers, and giant squid. Later, Ivy and I went out for sushi and beer. Really, a very low key and enjoyable birthday.

Spent New Years in Big Sur... pretty bummed I'm not there right now, actually. I had forgotten just how beautiful everything is down there. we did a bunch of hiking, drank champagne on a cliff overlooking a cove, saw a condor, cooked fancy meals by flashlight, slept under the stars, met up with my parents and watched three of the most amazing ( Read more... ) -
Towering cliffs, fog-banked canyon, roaring surf and the little cabin near the meadow and creek
Tomorrow morning Sam, Eden, Lyla and I are heading down to Big Sur for a weekend camping trip. I’ve been experiencing a deep yearning some greenery, so a woodsy retreat on New Years seemed like a great way to start 2010. Living in a concrete jungle has been wearing away at my soul; even frequenting Prospect Park hasn’t been ameliorating.
