I spent a couple of hours up on College Avenue yesterday afternoon. I like College because it's pleasant, it has good eats and good coffee and I rarely run into someone I know. I can just kind of walk around and be anonymous, and it's only 8 blocks from my apartment.

There's this real loon who used to be an affiliate of the animal rescue organization I work for, and suddenly in January she just up and quit doing rescue work altogether. And I mean up and quit. I brought my guitar to work today because I can, um, sing(?) here as loud as I want to without being hated by people in all directions of my vicinity.
