I am so sick of living in Spokane for many reasons, but one of them is the social conservatism. Although my new kitten resembles Fizzgig from "The Dark Crystal" in how she looks and moves, I don't know if that name will grow with her, so I will resist calling her that permanently. She's pretty darn cute, though.

I had a totally legit reason for not posting for so long: I had a terrible flare-up of tendonitis, the worst I've had in literally decades. This early in the symphony season, not good news.
