I was in the thrift store a while ago, trying to find jeans (no luck, if you were curious). People like that think the same aged teenaged girls that other teenaged girls are meeting up with are actually old, gross men that are going to rape and murder them. I've never quite figured out how everyone except a small handful of innocent young girls on the internet are creepy old men.

I started a couch to 5k plan last week. I feel like I'm gonna collapse and die doing it and I have no idea how I'll build up to 30 minutes straight but someday. Maybe.

Honestly, the first couple of weeks are the hardest part of C25K... until you get to week 5 or so and suddenly have to run 20 minutes with no walking breaks. The whole program does a reasonable job of ramping you up fairly slowly (up to that point, anyway).

I've never quite figured out how everyone except a small handful of innocent young girls on the internet are creepy old men.

Was this the store by gilmore? I get the impression that the people who work there are very christian. I imagine their choice of radio channels reflects their faith to some degree and that could explain the DJ's views.
