So, I've decided to become a vegetarian for the next two months. There are several reasons that influenced this decision, but I think the main one is that I might lose some weight. if you're doing it for weight loss have you tried Paul McKenna? my friend lost 5 stone with him! Or google Shangri-la diet. i like that one, it's easy.
