Right now

I am currently typing on a computer from the office where I am temping until my job starts on July 25th. Its been nice to leave everyday and do something, and the extra money hasn't been too shabby either. It means I can pay my health insurance until my job's coverage begins, and I can go to the dentist in September for a cleaning, and I can buy ( Read more... )

hon...you might want to consult with an attorney b/c you may have a legal remedy to have the false information removed from your medical records.

Well aren't you an attorney? Or close enough? Or is this a case of "I Am Not A Lawyer, but if I were a lawyer (and seeing how I'm getting my degree) I'd contact one and fry these bastards"?

We have been consulting with our family attorney, who then referred us to a malpractice attorney, who says that we can construct addendums to my medical records for the physician to add in, but otherwise there isn't much he can do to help us.
