At The Mound
Edinburgh finally had a brief interlude of sunshine on 23rd July, 2024, so, following my recent photo of the floral clock which was taken in the dismal weather which has prevailed thus far this summer, I took the opportunity to take a few more photos of it. Unfortunately, I arrived too late in the day, and the clock was mostly in shadow.

The Floral Clock
My friend Elaine came through to Edinburgh today as she and her husband David were going to see the Manic Street Preachers and Suede, who were playing at Edinburgh Castle in the evening. Last.fm 'now playing' poll
I've posted a poll in the the_lj_revival community about the Last.fm 'now playing' feature, which posts the music you're currently listening in your journal entries. I've been using it for quite a few years, but it hasn't been working recently and I'm wondering if other people are having the same problem. -
Daily prompts
Today's weather: Some intervals of sunshine, some spells of heavy rain, a lot of dark and stormy cloud, and ridiculous coldness for midsummer. I've had my central-heating on throughout yesterday and today.
