That neti pot thing looks/sounds a little weird for me. I'm glad you like it. Saline solution also works. Like the stuff you use for your contacts. The saltiness clears your sinuses up pretty well.

you put saline solution in the neti pot. i think the pot is just a formality for getting the solution up there...

i had a walgreens neti pot. then i lost it. and i was staying in w hollywood and walked inta "vitamin shoppe" store and bought this large syringe-looking tube thing that actually just plunges water into your sinuses.

it shoots wayyyyyy up there so u dont miss any blockage or mucus. My nasal sinuses get cleaner than a baby's bottom.

i have mild allergies, sometimes worse.
