Last night, I fell asleep. Like people regularly do, but never me. I started yawning around 12, and got under the covers and fell asleep. This is incredibly atypical, I usually take sleeping pills, drink, cry or haunt the apartment till near dawn and pass out from exhaustion. But last night, I just fell asleep.

I have been dreaming about wolves and rats, not showing my face in public after Friday night, and re-reading my favorite books. I've also become addicted to t.v. I never thought I'd say it, but I miss being 17.

After a few listenings, The Greatest is well done, but not really my thing. I'm not disapointed, because it's so straightforward that I can listen to with my dad, but it lacks what usually obsesses me about her albums. I'm actually more into the Vetiver cd I impulsively bought this morning, it's got it goin' on.

I am so tired and anxious.

With so few things doin' for me, not sewing, not the city, not boys, it makes it that much more thrilling that I can't sleep because the new Cat Power album is released today. YEP! The owner of Hardboiled has no idea what a spaz attack he's in for in the morning. Hell yeah!
