It's been a long time since I've been over here. I am happy to see friends still using this forum. I guess I need to re-learn some things here, as I've been in FB pretty much exclusively for the last couple of years. I still have my photobucket account so I guess I need to start using it again. Anyway, greetings to everyone!

I have not given up in this forum, but I am spending most of my time in Facebook and to a lesser extent in Twitter. Many of you are in Facebook and some also in Twitter. I'm heading toward western Michigan in the morning. We are heading up a day earlier than the rest of my family. I'm not sure why this is newsworthy or why Fox Sports picked it up. I do know that while Barack looks like a basketball player; he sure doesn't have the build of a golfer. He's too tall and lanky. I wish all of my American friends a great Independence Day weekend! I wish everyone else a great weekend. We head to western Michigan Tuesday for vacation. I can't fully imagine this. When Susan and I married; she was an officer in the Army. I was a civilian. While we have lived a number of years apart as a result of my job commitments; it's not the same as if I was not getting shot at (although parts of Memphis, New Orleans and eastern Kentucky that I traveled were quite dangerous). I saw this Seinfeld routine a couple of years ago on the Tonight Show. Given it is wedding season, I decided to post it. This is in no way directed at anyone in specific.
