So I have a midterm tomorrow for which I should be studying, and an activity I need to plan out for the girls at the group home, but all I really want to do is continue working on the first story I've gotten real inspiration for since the summer.

Hey, thanks so much for reading this! I'm so glad to hear you like the premise. I think this will probably wind up being a longer one-shot rather than a multi-parter because it will fit better with the structure that's taking form right now.

Heh, glad you caught that ~abusive shout-out. Blaine is such an asshole, really.

ooo i love this!! i think it'll be really interesting and what you have so far is awesome! kurt's speech to blaine about blaine being the one who really knows and loves him, etc., is my fave bit so far. so sweet <333

oh my goodness. i loved the premise, and that little snapshot has me hooked. i can't wait til you write more of this! i can already tell it's going to be amazing, and i'll be looking forward to updates of this! and, of course, you're a great writer, so there's that ( ... )

WOW thank you SO MUCH for this lovely comment! I'm so, so glad you think this is compelling so far. And, you know, if you're offering to beta, I'd be interested in taking you up on that? I've only got about 3500 words to share with you, but I'd love to get someone else's thoughts on it, maybe ramble about what else I'm planning... You up for it? :D

I swore I wouldn't read any more WIPs, but here I am. Because you gave the world Manuel, and Fiducia, and IDEK how I thought I could resist. This is awesome. I can't tell you how excited I am by the premise. Reading that story about Blaine coaching Kurt, OMG, I laughed so hard - and was simultaneously horrified. Poor Blaine, with his eagerness to be liked... the press would be pure hell for him. He wasn't at McKinley for Rumours, so he didn't learn that lesson. Kurt, however... he's going to have his hands full with Blaine's insecurities.

(Do you know how many typos I had to correct typing that because I'm so excited?)

I can't wait. *bounces*

Sorry about that! Things have been a little nuts, school-wise. But I've got the weekend off, relatively speaking, so I just have to thank you PROFUSELY for this very encouraging comment while I have the chance. I'm very glad you've caught what I'm going for in these three tiny scenes. It's such a relief to hear that those things are coming through.

And I'm doubly sorry about the WIP-status (us Canadians are so apologetic XD), but I can assure you now that when I do post this story online it will be in its entirety. You'll get every word without any cockblocking on my part. You just have to wait until it's all written. I'm getting there. Consider this foreplay, some couch make-outs, if you will.

I swear on everything good and holy that CT is my first and last WIP. Beta looked at rough draft of Ch7 and helped; I'm going to work on it tomorrow (I'm sick, so I'm hoping my subconscious can bang out a chapter), and I think I'll actually go for Ch8 to wrap it. Ch8 will be basic PWP, thank god. I think I've had enough thinky thoughts for a lifetime.
