fishing around for comments on a saturday afternoon...

I gain a lot of amusement and fodder from reading livejournals and blogs and such. I'd say that's a good amount of the time I spend online--besides searching for music/watching movie trailers. I always analyze most of the entries I read, sometimes intentionally, sometimes not. I like to be the outside observer, always have. When I was a kid/ ( Read more... )

Music is life, I have to agree with that.

I'm glad you like reading because not too many people say that anymore, and that's sad. What do you like to play on your guitar? And does Bert still have pancreatitis?

I like your username, I'm a volcom kind of girl, being from Orange County and all.

My guilty pleasure, although I feel no guilt towards it, is reading books geared towards fourteen year old girls.

hahaha, me too! i especially love the princess diaries. i always feel like i should be reading something that has more substance, but i enjoy young adult novels!

Oh, well I love "Gossip Girl." I wish I had written those books, I would have had a field day with their lives. Also, I get completely sappy over "The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants" and I'm counting down until the movie is released in May.

The way I see it, I think a lot during the day, so when I read something, I don't want something that's going to make me re-evaluate anything about my existence-I just want some mindless gossip and fun.

Gossip Girls is such a good series of books. I've read 3 out of like, 7. But their lives are fun to read about and just really good. I can't believe i actually found someone else who knows them. I never have before. That is awesome.

I feel like I can be more myself and open through my journal. My offline friends only see a part of me..

-my number one pet peeve is when people use "your" for "you're."
-i'd like to travel around Europe
-my favorite place I've been to is California. The farthest I've been is Mexico.
-I LOVE cupcakes
-I should be getting my "L" right now, but I don't feel like I'm ready for driving yet..
-I like to be by myself.
-I haven't ridden a bike about 5 years.
-I don't cry during movies, except "The Notebook"
-I'm own too many clothes.
-In my life, I've played less than 5 videogames (Donkey Kong, Duckshoot, Super Mario Cart, Mario Paint, Aladdin).
-I don't remember lines from movies (unless it's a huge catchphrase, like anything from Austin Powers) or plotlines of books I've read.
-I'm pretty much a loner on weekends.
-We have the same taste in celebrity men. ;)

Well I think you come off as a great person in your journal, so I hope your friends see that side :) That's what journaling is about, you say things that you might not feel comfortable about saying in real life. For me, I don't have that many inhibitions, so I say things that I should probably keep to myself, but that's the way the cookie crumbles.

There's no such thing as having too many clothes. Never.

I think people who don't cry at least once during the Notebook don't believe in love. :)

We may have the same taste in celebrity men, but I've met Adam--I just have to meet Ryan now and sweep him off his feet. It'll never happen though, I'm not older than he is.

i REALLY liked that entry.
i like all your entries, they're one of the only ones i read consistently.
and not just because of your OC recaps, but because of HOW you recap them.
its hilarious.
i liked that list!
i can cry at almost anything too! ads, movies, news, songs, its terrible. a curse i tell you!!
my boyfriend mocks the fact that im unsure if i can ride a bike because its been about 10 years too. and i know they say you dont forget, but im pretty uncoordinated at the best of times.
i have the biggest love hate relationship with mary kate and ashley. i was utterly obsessed with so little time but so much of me want to hate them.
i suck at halo.

Well, thank you for reading.

you think you suck at halo, the two times I've played it, I got a total of 3 kills, and two of them were gimmes. I just have my guy run around aimlessly.
