What the fuck happened

on superbowl sunday around 1am my friends and I heard this loud noise outside, and we thought it was people breaking into an abandoned house on our property. We go out side and hear voices by the freeway so we figure its kids trying to break into the house, but then realized that there was a car on its side in the bushes. no paramedics were on scene yet, so we had to hop the fence to see if anyone was in the car. the guy inside from what I saw as I was the first one to hop up and see him had his head mostly out of the window, and was losing a lot of blood. we called the cops and soon they showed up and began to try to get him out of the car. we watched helplessly as this man was pulled out of the car and had his lungs which I'm sure were flooded with blood by then pumped out best as they could. found out a few days later that he slipped into a coma and died. I can't seem to shake that sound he was making as he was gasping for air. something that will follow me for the rest of my life. I tried me best to reassure him, but I know that
