Setting. God’s house.

At rise. JESUS and SATAN are sitting on the couch in God’s living room.

SATAN
            Where is he? You said he’d be here by now!

JESUS
            He’s usually home by six. I don’t know where he could be…

The sound of jingling keys is heard.

SATAN
            Speak of the devil…
