Panic.....

 Got back from my workshop and found the world had gone mad, my world anyway. My courses are booking up, I've been contracted for 6 weeks work with Children's Centre, I've got £1500 to spend on another drop-in, and some bugger wants to come and view the house on Saturday. I gonna need it - I haven't sorted the house out since christmas. He'll be lucky if he can even see the house. I didn't mention but I've also done something to my neck - too much sitting around and being stressy. Why can it never just rain?????

Don't stress about the viewing, at the end of the day it's your bricks and mortar that he's looking at not whether there's a truck in the middle of the living room and if the books are arranged in alphabetical order.

I think that to honestly expect a viewing of a perfect house when the seller has kids would be a bit more than rather unrealistic and any remotely sensible prospective buyer should be able to see past the kids and actually at what is a lovely little house, clearly too small for a growing family but perfect for a couple, as it was when you and his nibs bought it.
