He is an angry and cold old man with scary, piercing blue eyes. One time, when me and a girl arrived on the CW at the Jones Ferry P and R, he started clapping slowly as we got off the bus. And he would always talk gruffly and incomprehensibly about passengers after they had gotten off the bus.
