Oh, and try Camden Town for shopping, far less pretentious than Oxford Street and lots more interesting people to look at.

I haven't been to Camden Town during the day, which I hear is pretty great, but I have been there during the night on my way back from a club and in the early morning when I went running. As for prices, yes London is very expensive. I also spent a huge sum of money on CD, some books and...taxy.

I have thoughts of missing home once in a while, but they don't last long. I know by the end of the term I'll be missing it a lot, but then I'll be home again and missing England terribly.

I'm the only Jew people know too. It weirds me out a little. I mean, what do you say when someone asks what judiasm *is?* Also...Scotland has a lot of Spittal streets. Yeah. Why? Dunno.

It's admittedly a pretty loaded question, sort of like whem someone asks you what life is, or what casserole is (o_O). And it doesn't help that I'm not very good at explaining it. Whether that has to do with the broadness of the topic or my own lack of knowledge on it is up for debate.
Hmm, maybe there was a guy named Thag Spittal who, in 12,000 B.C., duked it out with a fellow caveman over control of Scotland. If Thag hadn't won the great battle, everyone in Scotland would be wearing giant duck suits and made to whistle "My Bonnie Lies Over the Ocean" 24 hours a day. Our hero, Thag Spittal.
