How was squirrel?

It is very tasty. It is very lean and has a mild wild taste to it. If you have had rabbit, it is very similar.

If not, it has the mouth feel of of chicken (almost a cross between white and dark meat), but doesn't really taste like it.

Rabbit is really good, yes.. Maybe I'll put some kind of trap on our back yard for the squirrels :P

You may want to try and 'Love lion' at some point. Fairly tasty and not real gamey.

Wouldn't know anywhere near where I live that would serve it and I am a bit hesitant to eat any of the big (or little) cat family. Just one of my few personal hang ups.

Well, I have always wanted to try Ostrich, but never been anywhere that served it yet.

I just look at them like mini rotissery chickens or thanksgiving turkeys *lol*
