I don't understand how people navigate the temperature down here. Outside, it's always in the mid-to-high-80s (and sunny). To compensate, they keep the indoor climate sub-Arctic. I have the EXACT same complaint about life in Texas. It is so annoying. I am either burning or freezing all the time, and almost never comfortable. I have to tote around a sweatshirt with me all day.

I'm SO glad you're having the same problem. as new englanders adjusting to southern life, we have to commiserate. how's Rice??

(as for the sweatshirt, my problem is that I never know what to do with it when I take it off)

Rice is a ton of fun- I do the wrap around the waist thing with sweatshirts. The one thing I can't stand is the humidity, especially after it rains, because rain fails to make things any cooler. Damn you, South...I am a big fan of the southern accents though, I think they're adorable.

That's awesome. There's a billboard somewhere on the drive from NH to upstate New York that says "Jesus DOES Love You!!" it's my favorite Jesus-related thing in the northeast.

definitely send pictures.
