yeah I'd definitely give you an A.

you prompted some further questions though:

What is (was) C2?
What's Twin Peaks? it sounds vaguely familiar but I'm actually not very up on television. at all.
Are you having finals now, too? or did you finish? I'd imagine everything in grad school is harder but really I don't actually know anything about grad school.

and oh my god, did you know that Coca-cola also owns Odwalla, Nestea, Bacardi, Fanta, Poms, and a terrifying number of other drinks?

By the way, I know a Jew with a Southern accent. He's a convert though, so I don't know how much that counts. I love him, and his Southern accent, and his Jewishness, quite dearly.

as far as I'm concerned, if the Southern accent isn't enough to make a person lovable, the Jewishness probably is.

How's Rice?

Another interesting quiestion is whatever happened to Crystal Clear Pepsi? (or whatever name it went by) I did do some research on it recently, though.
Though Georgia is typically much warmer than New England, 80 degrees in December is aberrant. For comparison it's in the 50's here in Boston right now. It seems reasonable to talk about the weather when it's completely ridiculous, and on top of that you're experiencing a climate you're not quite used to.
I sort of doubt whether Obama has fully decided whether he's running, but whether he has a chance would probably depend on a few other things: who else is running (Gore could make a big splash nowadays), how things develop over the next several months (if he keeps getting so much attention and adulation) and if he can hold up under the pressure of a truly competitive campaign. Did you see anything about the commercial he did, I think during a football game? It was pretty funny.

I don't think I remember Crystal Clear Pepsi but it sounds like a horrible idea. isn't cola supposed to be dark? isn't that basically the point?

I'm glad to hear that this weather is actually abnormal. My family (& friends, most of whom stayed up north for college) have been keeping me updated on the unusual temperatures in New England, too. although it did get cold for a little while, right?

imagine if the Democratic primaries come down to Hilary vs. Obama. and no, I didn't hear about the commercial-- what was it like? should I google it?

My memory of the clear Pepsi was that it was some sort of godsend, but that was probably the early nineties (making me very young) and my parents almost never got us (the kids) soda of any sort, which would make it a double novelty, so I have no idea how it really was. The idea was that it was supposed to taste just like Pepsi, but not be dark... *shrug ( ... )
