Kill Bill: Volume 1

Soooo... I'm currently in the process of watching Kill Bill: Volume 1, courtesy of Matt W. Booze. I haven't seen it before, and I figured I should because I will probably see Volume 2 tomorrow. Anyway, I had to stop the movie about 1/3 or 1/2 way through because... I'm not impressed. This movie kinda blows. Sure, there's neato animation sequences,

I guess I'm the only one who finds Tarantino's style pretty lame. Maybe I don't "get it". Haha.

I didnt care an abundence for the first vol....but i though vol 2 was awesome...I just like tarentinos characters....they always have something about them that just captures me....plus I like how random things are in his movies....and how the most normal of characters can become so deviant and bad ass in a matter of minutes.

Yeah. I admit the movie was "cool", but I personally don't think it was "good". I'll se Vol 2 today and maybe it'll change my mind, or at least give me an understanding of what exactly he's going for.

Fuck you, Derek. Tarantino but balls back into the cinema. So go watch whatever gay Moulin Rouge/Chicago movie you were watching and leave the cinema to the real men. Scorcese, Tarantino, Rodriguez, Duffy, possibly Raimi.
