birthday
so in a quick summary my 28th birthday. It all really started on July 3rd as I went to Tyler's parent's house and we had a birthday meal. I wore a dress, he picked me up and drove us to Altamonte. So today was my first day of my on site orientation and it feels like it's been a week already. When I went to type this first sentence I had to check the day to make sure it really was Thursday. So today I had orientation. I had trouble sleeping last night because I didn't prepare myself for having to wake up early today and now I'm especially fighting to stay awake because if I sleep now I'd really be messed up tomorrow. I look back and feel sad about my art journal. It's just a thing. It surprises me how much it means to me and how proud of it I was. As soon as my cat spilled water all over it and ruined basically every page I just completely lost motivation to use it. I felt stepped on and lost and any ideas I did have for pages just went out the window. I didn't ( Read more... ) -

I'm really proud of my new entries because I used a lot of different materials for the first time and finally got an actual journal to use now. I'm going to try to do at least one entry per week even when I'm super busy.

I've been getting ready to start a better journal because I need something good in my life right now and I really miss art. I've bought some paint and glue and I got scrapbook paper at a really good discount. I havn't figured out yet what journal I am going to use (b/c I want it to be sturdy with all the paint and clippings I plan on adding to it) ( Read more... ) -

I remember the days when I got the paper tv guide out to decide what to watch on tv. Huh. Now if I can't find the remote to channel flip and see what is on I just don't bother watching at all...lol. -

So I've been thinking about getting rid of Zoe because of all the money she has been costing me. On top of that, when I move I'll have to pay more pet fees at a new appartment and a lot of appartments have a large deposit (like 300 dollars) and then a nonrefundable fee every month that is at least 25 dollars. I'm tired. I went to bed early but it was still less than 7 hours of sleep and when I'm on my period no amount of sleep seems to make me feel alert. I feel weighted down. I feel scared. I feel sad. I feel alone. I feel stressed ( Read more... )
