Overboard is one of my favorite rom-coms, and you have captured it beautifully! I loved the boys and how you took the different parts of their Star Trek personalities and incorporated them into your story. I was enjoying it so much, I forgot to keep track and ended up burning my lunch!

AMAZING! Absolutely mesmerizing read, I couldn't stop! I liked the original movie, but you've given this story a realism that made it so much more compelling. Loved every part of it and am happily sighing at you happy ever after for Jim and Bones.

Once i saw the prompt the idea just hit me and I literally had to write this story. I think it took me less than a week...and then a couple weeks of touch ups and what not. My betas were wonderful, though I think Royalpinkdogs was just humoring me. She wanted me to work on my other in progress story, but this just HAD to be written.

Yay i love the ending! Good for Bones not wanting the money and then chastising Jim about looking after the kids. I like Riley's slight fear of the doctor, and love how he speaks to both Winona and Spock.

I think you did a great job of adapting the movie. I really enjoyed your story.

Yes! Overboard is one of my very favorite silly romantic comedies (Arturo!!! *L*). You kept your adaptation true to the original but without sticking to things that would have had to be awkwardly made to fit.

Such fun and so many good giggles. Thank you for this!

There was just no way I could do the movie version of 'Arturo! Katerina!' I mean, that's way to cheesy even in the movie. And it's so not Jim and Bones.
