Today was a day of training ME. It will take more than a day, but some rebalancing is definitely in order. Maybe I just can't do as many awesome things in a day/week/month/year/lifetime as some of you can (you know who you are). At least not right now. Back in the day was another story. Two meals *is* better than one! Just remember to be gentle with yourself and give yourself lots of good stuff as you train if you can--fresh air and rest and dirt under the fingernails and dog walks and all of those sorts of things. :)

Thank you, and I'm certainly going to try. I know you're familiar with that feeling of "...but...but...I thought I was further along than this...?" although in regard to other things :-) Still, one day, and one dark beast at a time, right?
